How I Created a Life with No Bills Using Leverage

Let’s talk real — most people are trapped in a cycle: working hard, saving what they can, or stuck in debt. But what if I told you there’s another path? One that leads to wealth creation — not just survival. That’s the lane I’m in now. And I got there through one word: leverage.

The Difference Between a Saver,

a Debtor, and a Wealth Creator

In this world, people fall into three categories:

The Saver: Works hard and tucks money away. They feel secure, but it’s a false sense of safety. One unexpected event and that savings account is wiped out.

The Debtor: Owes money and works overtime to pay it back — constantly hustling just to get back to zero.

The Wealth Creator: Understands how to use other people’s money to generate income without touching their own.

Most people don’t realize this — savers and debtors are in the same race. They're both heading toward zero. One is working to save it, and the other is working to pay it back. Either way, an emergency can throw them both off.

But when you become a leverager, you start to break that cycle. You stop trading time for money and start making money work for you.

The Power of Leverage:

Other People’s Money (OPM)

Here’s how I play the game…

I use other people’s money — whether it’s through credit, funding, or business loans — and I use that to make more money. I don’t touch my own account. That means my personal funds are always growing.

  • I borrow money.

  • I use it to pay myself.

  • I pay my employees.

  • I pay the debt back.

That’s the system. Simple, effective, and scalable.

Real-Life Example:

How I Got My Benz for Free

Let’s say I want a Benz. Most people would take on a car note or work more hours to afford it.

Instead of trading time for money (like driving Uber myself), I used my good credit and strategic thinking. I went out and got five cars and rented them out to Uber drivers. Those cars now generate income.

That income:

  • Pays for those cars.

  • Pays for my Benz.

  • Puts profit in my pocket.

No Bills, Just Income

This isn’t about flexing — this is about freedom. Freedom to create. Freedom to live. Freedom to grow.

Leverage isn’t just a strategy — it’s a lifestyle.

Becoming a wealth creator means breaking out of the rat race. It means thinking differently.

Don’t chase money — position yourself so money chases you.
