At 24eight Solutions, we stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our credit improvement software and services. We offer a full refund if you do not see any results within 6 months of using our DIY software or Done-for-You credit assistance service, provided you maintain continuous use of the required MyFreeScoreNow service throughout the dispute process.

 

How It Works:

 

You must submit your refund request after 6 months but no later than 6 months and 30 days from the purchase date.

 

To be eligible, you must provide proof that you have actively used the software or service as instructed, and that your MyFreeScoreNow service has not lapsed during the dispute period.

 

If no improvement in your credit report is achieved after following our recommended process for 6 months, with continuous MyFreeScoreNow access, we will refund your full purchase price — no questions asked.

Important:

 

Refunds are not available if the client does not follow the step-by-step instructions provided or if the MyFreeScoreNow service lapses during the dispute period.

 

We reserve the right to verify usage and MyFreeScoreNow account status before processing refunds to prevent abuse of this policy.

 

In the event of a chargeback, we reserve the right to dispute the claim with your payment provider, providing proof of service delivery and client compliance.
